Travelling!
Off to Indianapolis tomorrow, for Gen Con. Management and Marketting both have lots of meetings to do, but I don’t, so hooray. I do have a seminar to do about using our wacky products, though, so I need to work on that. Instead of posting here, I guess.
After I get back, I’m moving! Hooray! \o/

visa news
So my visa has been renewed. This is good. Unfortunately, I need to mail my passport to the US embassy in London to get them to stamp it. This is annoying, since I need to use my passport to, you know, ENTER AND LEAVE THE COUNTRY.
Ah well, I guess I’ll be spending longer in the UK than I’d planned…

Mysterious events!
So I was doddering around my apartment, and I check into the little alcove where the flourescent light is that I never use. There are 2 black tubes there, which I examine for the first time in 3 years. They’re labelled “BLACKLIGHT”. I’m going to try them out, this is either going to be really great or completely catastrophic.

RECALL THAT? No, I don’t recall that, and here’s why – because it’s STUPID. Nobody in THE ENTIRE WORLD knows that. Neither would anyone expect it to happen – because it’s a really stupid thing to do that would not be expected in any situation.
This is why programming for windows is so hard – because you have to learn about all these stupid, stupid things that were clearly implemented because it seemed like a good idea for whatever thing the programmers were working on at the time, rather than doing it properly.

Hello starshine
Colen has given me a crazy account on his thingy too. I suppose what I’ll do is occasionally post about his life from my perspective, mainly when he’s being incompetent.
Which is all the time, and since last time he barely managed to update his on a yearly basis I’ll need to be the one who reports on all the stuff that he does which is seriously incompetent and so the world must know about.
But I don’t update my own doodah anyway, so expect this website to be updated regularly never.
Oh, I might also post any other nonsense that occurs to me if it’s in some way relevant or amusing.
